Description of PracticeMy practice is built on respect for the differences of individuals and the uniqueness we bring in developing healthy communication and conflict resolution skills. The heart behind my work is simple and pure: I want you to spend your time celebrating with friends and family, focusing on achieving your goals in the workplace, and being decisive in your life. I want you to experience courage when faced with conflict and balance as you build your relationships.
Professional Background I worked for seven years as an educator before transitioning to the legal profession, gaining valuable knowledge in the areas of family law, mediation, and disability rights. I am one of six team members developing an intensive racial and cultural conflict training program with the Center for Understanding in Conflict based in Marin, CA where I also serve as a Board Member.

Mediation Approach & Philosophy
I believe at the core of change is solid relationship building and am aware of the need for effective conflict resolution strategies in communities and workplaces. I create safe spaces individuals to address their issues by interrupting the harm cycle caused by conflict and transforming the way they communicate and relate to each other. As a result, my clients establish and maintain camaraderie, they experience more healing than harm in relationships, and they build resilience which increases their ability to bounce back after challenges.
